Description: Mix of strength training + low impact cardio moves. Moves are kept to 45 secs max. You’ll use weights, bands + body resistance. They also offer a Flyfit that’s targeted to just upper body.

Sneakers/Props: Sneakers! The studio has water + towels (+ fruit!).

Shower/Locker Situation: Showers, lots of space, products & hair tools to get ready. A good AM class for before work.

Vibe: Fun, upbeat and welcoming – also a good mix of men and women.

Extras: On ClassPass, cancellation policy is before 5 pm the previous day, or you’ll get charged.
