Description: Higher intensity barre class with more cardio and quicker transitions
Sweat Level: 7/10 – We definitely sweat more in this class than any other physique class, but not dripping
Tone Level: 9/10 – A SERIOUS burn. Class moves really quickly though, so if you’re newer to barre you might not feel it as much. This one takes practice!
Cult Level: 8/10 – SBT requires you to have taken signature classes before try8ing this, so it’s definitely more of a “regulars” crowd. We’ve found the middle-of-the-weekday crowd to be most culty
Sneakers/Props: Grip socks + water (towels provided)
Shower/Locker Situation: Showers + digi locks at all studios (plus blowdryers, products, etc.)
Vibe: Very fun, friendly and upbeat … lots of energy!
Extras: Take at least a few signatures before you try this one, avoid corner spots at all costs unless you want to be kicked in face!
