Length: 45 mins.

Description: Pilates with an extra boost of cardio and off-the-machine sculpting. They have a patented reformer that you won’t see anywhere else: it’s a reformer, chair, ballet bar + jump board all in one – a total full body exercise.

Sweat Level: 4/10 – Sweat level is considerably light for how toning this class is. Don’t plan for hair washing!

Tone Level: 7/10 – Will definitely fire those muscles up and can be a good challenge depending on the instructor. Our fav instructors: Ariane (great abs), Blake + Thea.

Cult Level: 7/10 – Tons of loyal followers, but very welcoming.

Sneakers/Props: Barefoot!

Shower/Locker Situation: No lockers, change rooms or showers.  

Vibe: Very chill/low key vibe – the kind of studio where the entrance is also the classroom.
