Description: Bodyweight based workout – it’s just you, yourself and the mat here. This class incorporates light cardio and exercises like squats, planks to push ups, teasers, 100’s, leg lifts as well as various arm exercises. Multiple stretching segments throughout, with a killer core series at the end.

Sweat Level: 6/10 – This is a low impact workout, but that doesn’t mean you won’t sweat (the room is also slightly heated). We think you can still get away with no hair wash, though!

Tone Level: 8/10 – Very toning despite there being no equipment. An injury preventing workout that tones you while you stretch!

Cult Level: 7/10 – We know it’s only been a few weeks, but SJ’s following is REAL already. That being said, SJ is super welcoming to all – such a sweetheart!

Sneakers/Props: Can go barefoot or wear sneaks!

Shower/Locker Situation: No amenities at Project, just digi locks and some products in the bathroom.

Vibe: Amazing music and good vibes! You’ll feel great when you leave. 

Similar to: P.Volve (without equipment), The Class by TT, Melissa Wood Health streaming workouts.

Extras: Not on ClassPass ($35/class). Good option for those who also are dealing with injury/want to prevent injury.
