Description: Bodyweight based workout – it’s just you, yourself and the mat. This class incorporates light cardio and exercises like squats, planks to push ups, teasers, 100’s, leg lifts as well as various arm exercises. Multiple stretching segments throughout, with a killer core series at the end.
Sweat Level: 6/10 – This is a low impact workout, but that doesn’t mean you won’t sweat (the room is also slightly heated). We think you can still get away with no hair wash, though!
Tone Level: 8/10 – Very toning despite there being no equipment. An injury-preventing workout that tones you while you stretch!
Cult Level: 7/10 – We know it’s only been a few weeks, but SJ’s following is REAL already. That being said, SJ is super welcoming to all – such a sweetheart!
Sneakers/Props: Can go barefoot or wear sneaks!
Shower/Locker Situation: N/A
Vibe: Amazing music and calming, yet powerful vibes! You’ll feel great when you leave. She adds a spiritual component and really incorporates the mental aspect as well as the physical in her workouts.

Extras: $10 for her virtual classes and $35/class for in person classes. Great option for those who also are dealing with injury/want to prevent injury. Leave extra time for her workouts, she likes to begin and end her workouts with a lesson, mindfulness, etc and it does not take away from the actual workout component, so carve out just over an hour.
