Description: Each class is different, but the one we tried had a combo of strength training + cardio. There were short bursts of HIIT on the treadmill & rower + floor work. Floor work consisted of a lot of resistance bands, benches and body weight exercises (no weights!).
Sweat Level: 7/10 – You will definitely will break a sweat, but not dripping.
Tone Level: 7.5/10 – Toning, but not extreme! Solid mix of tone and cardio.
Cult Level: 2/10 – Low. Only 1 other person in the room during our class!
Sneakers/Props: Supportive sneakers!
Shower/Locker Situation: Showers, Lockers (digi locks too!), the works!
Vibe: Personal training/gym vibes, not very ‘luxe/boutique’ vibes. However, very clean, new and nice!
Extras: On ClassPass. Great deal because they provide personal training in a small group setting. They also have a smoothie bar! They offer other classes that focus on other areas.
