Description: P.volve’s high-intensity, low impact beat-driven class that will sculpt your body and elevate your heart rate. This class focuses on form, strength and cardio – with alternating bursts throughout. They incorporate light weights, sliders and ankle weights to amp up the intensity. This is a non-stop class!
Sweat Level: 9/10 – Normally P.Volve classes have a low sweat factor, but this class hits differently. Washing your hair is likely a necessity.
Intensity: 8/10 – Definitely their most intense class. If you want to take your P.Volve class to the next level, Cardio Burn is it. It’s a serious sweat + burn.
Tone Level: 9/10 – Will tone and burn you out in all the right places.
Cult Level: 6/10 – P.Volve has ride or dies, but they’re also such a welcoming team and truly love newcomers. There are always new people in class.
Sneakers/Props: Sliders, P.Mat, gliders, ankle weights and light weights.
Shower/Locker Situation: No showers in studio, lockers/changing rooms available.
Vibe: Always a great vibe here – their new NYC studio is fabulous. Very professional and welcoming. Trainers are some of the friendliest and most skilled around!

Extras: Generally on ClassPass, but at the moment as far as in person goes, they’re offering in-studio privates only due to Covid. Lots of Covid-precautions are taken here – masks required and serious cleaning protocol. They also offer virtual privates as well as their online streaming. PRICING: Studio semi-pivates are $150 flat fee + $25 per person (not including the first person). Virtual Studio PTs $99 and up. They offer both Cardio Burn and Strength & Sculpt classes everyday of the week with trainers from LA, Chicago & NYC. All classes can be done without equipment. Covid-19 Safety Measures (For Open Studios):
General Safety Measures: Temperature taken upon arrival. All equipment was heavily wiped down before + after by the P.volve team. Bringing personal equipment (ie ankle weights is preferred).
Mask Requirements: Must wear masks at all times. Instructors included.
Capacity: Private or semi-private pods (up to 3 people. Must be spaced apart).
Restrictions: Only doing small privates and semi-privates only. Water-filling stations not available (bring your own full water). Not available on ClassPass for privates.
