Description: Class begins with a Pilates-inspired mat workout to burn out the core, followed by repeating metabolic HIIT conditioning circuits. Finished with a cool down, stretch and meditation.
Sweat Level: 8/10 – Prepare to get sweaty!
Tone Level: 9/10 – This class is insanely toning, it activates ALL muscles, yet is doable for all levels.
Cult Level: 1/10 – While they have a strong following, it’s one of the most welcoming, inclusive studios. The owner makes everyone feel like a part of the CRF family!

Vibe: The space is a dedicated room within a gym.
