Description: Mix of dance cardio + strength training. Sectioned off into: dance cardio with light weights (2-3 lbs), strength training with medium weights (8-10 lbs) + straight dance cardio (no weights). Ends with a stretch!
Sweat Level: 8.5/10 – A sweaty situation, even with the A/C blasting!
Tone Level: 6.5/10 – Expect to feel this one in your lower body/arms the next day (not much core, though). More cardio based than anything.
Cult Level: 1/10 – Not culty (but we did a private!) – Jen does have lots of repeat clients.
Shower/Locker Situation: FitHouse has all the amenities (showers, lockers, blow dryers) & Energi doesn’t have amenities (where she does some privates).
Vibe: Definitely an endorphin release that’s high on the fun scale, yet a good sweat / tone.
