Description: Mix of strength training + low impact cardio moves. Moves are kept to 45 seconds each. You’ll use weights, bands + body resistance throughout. There’s also FlyFit for just upper body.
Sweat level: 6/10 – Plan to heat up and potentially wash your hair.
Tone level: 7.5/10 – Lots of toning going on here.
Cult level: 4/10 – Solid mix of newcomers/the non-culty and loyal Flywheelers.
Sneakers/props: Sneakers and water (studio no longer provides water bottles!)
Shower/locker situation: Solid amenities: refresh stations, lots of showers, digi locks (some even have USB outlets).
Vibe: Fun, upbeat and welcoming – and a good mix of men and women.
Similar to: Mix of classic Flybarre + Barry’s floor work, ‘Sculpt’ at Uplift, ‘Sculp’” at FitHouse.
Extras: On ClassPass (usually high credits, though), cancellation policy is by 5pm the previous day. Free fruit and the GOOD mints!
Go back? Yes – but we still prefer their barre classes. Good class to bring your significant other!
