Description: Bodyweight exercises meet cardio in this 30 min blast with a 5 minute stretch at the end. Based around plyometric-style moves, this class is very fast paced and will absolutely get your heart rate up. Expect exercises like squats, lunges and plank jacks.
Sweat level: 7.5/10 – Seriously worked up a sweat in this one (even with the AC blasting at home).
Intensity Level: 7/10 – Will get your heart pounding! However, it’s solid for all levels.
Tone level: 7.5/10 – Felt muscles activated throughout most of the class! Our only critique is that we could have spent more time in each move to really burn out the muscles.
Cult level: 4/10 – There’s been a ton of talk about this class lately – lotta hype! It is still great for beginners, though – there are lots of demo classes.
Sneakers/props: Just a mat.
Shower/locker situation: N/A
Vibe: We loved this whole streaming experience from beginning to end, it was all made very clear, and Jacqui was very easy to follow. The set was great too – very light + bright and professionally done. An overall great virtual experience.
Similar to: ‘Housework’ by Sydney Miller (very different vibe, but similar moves), ‘Burnout’ at New York Pilates.

Go back? Yes. We would go back on days where we were seeking more of a cardio burst, that said – it was not as Pilates-based as we expected.
