Description: Classes offered here are private, semi-private and mini groups (up to 4 people). They cater the class to you, while taking you through a classic pilates flow on the reformer, using several props for a full body workout. Lots of stretching and hip opening sequences in between sets.
Sweat Level: 5.5/10 – Sweatier than expected, but don’t need to wash your hair necessarily.
Intensity Level: Sweat Level: 5/10 – A great balance between strengthening and restoration.
Tone Level: 7/10 – A great mix of toning and stretching – and while you’ll definitely feel the burn, it’s more in bursts, so it’s very manageable. This class will just straight up make you feel really good!
Cult Level: 0/10 – One on one so no cultiness here!
Sneakers/Props: Grip socks are required. Bring your mask + water.
Shower/Locker Situation: Cubbies for your belongings and change rooms. No showers.
Vibe: Very warm and welcoming vibes, definitely a studio you will not only love but feel GOOD being in. Everything is bright and clean and theyre taking a ton of COVID precautions.

Covid-19 Safety Measures (FOR OPEN STUDIOS):
General Safety Measures: Temperatures taken on arrival. Sanitization station for use at arrival as well. No hands on adjustments, and the instructor wipes down all the equipment.
Mask Requirements: Must wear at all times, instructors included.
Capacity: Only 5 reformers in the room, which are very well spaced out. Open for privates and semi-privates only.
