Class + Studio: Upper Body + Core @ Sweat440

Description: This class combines weights, cardio and HIIT (depending on the day, you’ill focus on different muscle groups) for a highly efficient, self-lead 40 minute sweat. You’ll rotate through 4 different stations (with small groups at each station) doing 3 different exercises for 3 rounds at each. There’s also a coach rotating around for assistance with moves & positions!
Sweat Level: 7.5/10 – Depends on the day, but prepare to Sweat (after all it is Sweat440). This sweat is genuine (no heated room)!
Tone Level: 8/10 – While this workout is doable for all levels as you can very much go at your own pace, if you really work at each station & do all the moves properly, you’ll get a great workout (esp. in such a short period of time)!
Cult Level: 1/10 – Zero cult vibes – it’s great for those who want to zone out during their workout and not worry about the scene. This is a very individual workout.
Sneakers/Props: Wear comfortable sneakers. Towels are provided and there are water fountains to fill your bottles.
Shower/Locker Situation: Digi locks and showers!
Vibe: The name of the game here is efficiency & working out on your own schedule. The coaches and studio staff are extremely friendly and will help you every step of the way!
