Description: Full body workout class that blends HIIT, cardio, sculpt and stretch. Class begins with cardio (with and without light weights), then moves into a sculpting series for your arms, abs, thighs and glutes (both on the mat and standing). Sculpting is followed by a final cardio burst song, then a stretch. There are also additional stretching segments throughout!
Sweat Level: 5.5/10 – Cardio will definitely warm you up, but can still get away sans hair wash.
Tone Level: 7/10 – Solid mix of cardio and tone, but the toning parts are very effective and really hit the arms, thighs, booty and abs.
Cult Level: 4/10 – While Meghan’s class is brand new, we can tell she’s already got some fans!
Shower/Locker Situation: At Lululemon Hub (where we took class) there are no showers, just digi locks.
Vibe: Such a feel good vibe. Meghan has a lot of personality, is engaging and makes the workout fun!
