Class + Studio: GoodTimes PWR Flow @ GoodTimes Yoga Studio

Description: An amped up version of their classic vinyasa flow. This is still a body weight-based (prop-free, besides a block), classic vinyasa yoga flow – but with a quicker pace, added burnouts, and moves such as mountain climbers, longer boat poses and planks.
Sweat Level: 4/10 – While this was definitely faster paced/more intense than your average yoga class, you can absolutely get away without a hair wash!
Tone Level: 4/10 – We personally love a yoga tone. If you engage your core and really power through the moves you’ll be sore the next day.
Cult Level: 7/10 – The following here is real and the classes get packed!
Sneakers/Props: Mats, props and towels are complimentary.
Shower/Locker Situation: Cubbies, a couple of individual changing rooms and bathroom stalls.
Vibe: This place truly feels like a magical oasis in Williamsburg, without being too over the top. The decor was cool and it’s really spacious, bright and open!

Go Back? Totally. We want to try their other class offerings and this would definitely be a regular spot for us if we lived in the area.
