Length: 50 mins.
Description: Dance-cardio meets strength training. The first 20-25 mins is spent dancing (easy, follow along routine) then you’ll switch to strength training (think: squats, 10 lb dumbbell exercises), followed by some more dancing that ends with a core and plank series.
Sweat Level: 7.5/10 – Expect to sweat. The better you get at the moves, the more you’ll really heat up. Dancing gets faster as the class goes on.
Tone Level: 7/10 – Although half this class is cardio, the portion of strength-training is very toning! Doable for all levels
Cult Level: 1/10 – No cult following here yet, as Samantha is new to Project. However, we expect a following to build soon!
Sneakers/Props: Sneakers.
Shower/Locker Situation: No amenities at Project, just digi locks and some products in the bathroom.
Vibe: Samantha brings a very happy, positive vibe to class! We love it at Project by Equinox.
