Description: Dance cardio meets sculpt. These workouts are follow-along and targeted to tone your booty, abs, arms and inner thighs with low impact cardio bursts throughout. Whitney’s workouts are a mix of pilates, dance, mobility and strength training. The online platform has different levels for each class, which range from beginner (1) to intermediate (1.5) and advanced (2) with targeted and express workouts, full body and more.
Sweat Level: 7/10 – Dependent on cardio-level, however.
Tone Level: 9/10 – One of the most toning workouts, especially for the booty and abs!
Cult Level: N/A – We’ve only done the classes online, so no cult level here. However, Whitney has a strong celebrity following.
Sneakers/Props: Wear sneakers. Classes may suggest various props (mostly hand/ankle weights or resistance bands) to level up.
Shower/Locker Situation: N/A
Vibe: No frills. But WH’s regulars don’t seem to mind because the workout itself is so incredible.
