Description: Hot vinyasa yoga at a quicker pace, with more challenging poses than your usual vinyasa class. It’s not overly challenging, though!
Sweat Level: 10/10 – The room is set between 95-98 degrees … it doesn’t get much sweatier than this! Towel is highly recommended.
Tone Level: 4/10 – Slightly more toning than your average yoga class, and more so than C1. 4 points because you will feel it in your arms the next day!
Cult Level: 9/10 – Big cult following, especially for the more advanced classes.
Sneakers/Props: Water, mat + towel (or rent a mat + towel. First timers: mat + towel complimentary).
Shower/Locker Situation: Showers + locks with keys. You have to pay for a towel at the front desk if you’re showering. Products are limited & somewhat bare bones.
Vibe: You definitely feel the franchise feels here. The instructors are always nice and welcoming, but it has more of a corporate feel than your local yoga studio.

Extras: Not on ClassPass. Recommended if you’ve done yoga a few times (beginners should try the C1 class with no heat). First week is free, which is an awesome and rare find!
Go Back? Wouldn’t rush back. We prefer their Sculpt class and regular vinyasa at other studios with more of a zen vibe.
