Description: A combo of mat pilates and strength training. Darryl is an ex-NFL player & fitness enthusiast. He focuses on lengthening and strengthening the muscles with lots of classic pilates moves (teasers, hundreds) and strength moves (weighted squats, lunges).
Sweat Level: 4/10 – Hot, but not overly sweaty.
Tone Level: 8/10 – Very toning. Expect soreness the day following.
Cult Level: 3/10 – Low cult level. Classes are small and Darryl is very welcoming.
Sneakers/Props: Wear sneakers.
Shower/Locker Situation: Digi locks, no showers at Project.
Vibe: Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves here. This class focuses more on the individual than the community vibe, but vibes are still good nonetheless!
