Description: A more traditional version of Flex’s ‘FlexFormer’ class, taking Pilates back to its foundation. This is still a total body workout, but FlexFormer Pure allows for even more emphasis on breath, form, alignment, balance, flexibility and core engagement. You’ll likely use props throughout such as balls and weights.
Sweat Level: 2/10 – Very low sweat factor.
Tone Level: 5/10 – Alignment and toning, but lower pulses and reps than the OG ‘FlexFormer’ class.
Cult Level: 5/10 – Loyal members, but relatively low cult vibes.
Sneakers/Props: Must wear grip socks.
Shower/Locker Situation: No showers here. There are digi locks and refresh stations.
Similar to: New York Pilates, Pilates on the Square, BK Pilates.
Extras: On ClassPass but very high credit cost (sometimes 22+).
