Description: A classical Pilates inspired mat class. The whole workout takes place on the mat & is prop-free. You’ll work on alignment & breathing, while toning your entire body (especially the core!) using just your body weight.
Sweat Level: 2/10 – Not much sweat happening here, not a hair washing class.
Tone Level: 6/10 – This class can be very toning if your breath is synched up & you make the most out of every move. The instructors are also very hands on which helps!
Cult Level: 1/10 – One of the friendliest places we’ve been. No cultiness!
Sneakers/Props: Barefoot or grip socks.
Shower/Locker Situation: Coat hooks & cubbies. No showers or frills here!
Vibe: Minimalist vibes – they have only what you need. Private sessions going on, not very crowded.
