Description: Alessia’s workouts vary in both length and focus. Alessia’s Body Weight ‘A Sculpt Body’ is a no-equipment, full-body, low impact (but high intensity) workout. Class begins with a quick warmup / stretch and has 3 rounds of work: arms + legs,inner thighs + glutes & abs with a touch of arms + glutes. You’ll finish with a cool down stretch. This workout hit every muscle.
Sweat Level: 6/10 – We were shocked by the level of sweat this class generates in just 30 minutes, sans weights or cardio.
Intensity Level: 7/10 – Completely doable for all levels, moves are easy to follow + low impact. Don’t let that fool you though, our legs were jello by the time we finished.
Tone Level: 9/10 – Expect those hard to reach muscles to be seriously activated. Shakes & the city … so sore the next day!
Cult Level: 1/10 – No cult vibes. Alessia is super friendly – no intimidation here.
Sneakers/Props: Mat for the bodyweight class. There’s also a class that uses booty bands.

Vibe: Very fun, great energy.
