Class + Studio: Sweat Sessions with Aubre Winters

Length: 50 mins.
Description: Non-stop, high-energy workout that tones your entire body. A mixture of follow-along dance cardio with strength training and barre-inspired sequencing. You’ll do 3-4 cardio/dance sets, with strength training focused on arms, abs, booty and thighs woven throughout.
Sweat Level: 8/10 – Definitely a sweaty class! We were dripping.
Tone Level: 7/10 – While this workout is mostly cardio based, Aubre’s strength training segments got straight to the point and we seriously felt the burn. Her dance moves were among the best we’ve tried in terms of follow along – very manageable, which made the workout more effective because we could easily keep up.
Cult Level: 5/10 – Five points for the high following (Aubres hype is real), but since we did a private, we couldn’t fully asses the scene. LA isn’t as culty as NYC, though.
Sneakers/Props: Wear sneakers.
Shower/Locker Situation: No amenities.
Vibe: Aubre has an awesome, upbeat vibe. She’s really encouraging and welcoming!

Extras: Great for all levels and dance cardio beginners. Classes at Studio B (LA) are $30.
Go Back? Yes!!! We loved it so much, and if she was full-time in NYC, we’d take her class often no doubt.
