Class + Studio: Reformer All Levels @ Avea Pilates

Length: 45 or 60 mins (there’s express + reg)
Description: Classic pilates moves on the reformer machine, using props such as boxes, rings & bumpy balls. Class is kept quite small (7ish people), so you do get a lot of attention from the instructor.
Sweat Level: 3/10 – Not a sweaty workout, no need to wash the hair.
Tone Level: 6/10- A workout we’d save for a less intense day/when we’re in need of something lighter.
Cult Level: 5/10 – No cult vibes, but definitely a lot of regulars.
Sneakers/Props: You can go barefoot or wear grip socks.
Shower/Locker Situation: No showers, but there are 2 bathrooms & lots of products.
Vibe: Gorgeous studio, very welcoming and the owners couldn’t be nicer. Really felt good coming in and working out here. Very zen, but also clean and new.

Extras: On CP. They have free coffee, which we thought was such a nice touch! Under 10 credits, too.

Covid-19 Safety Measures:
General Safety Measures: Temperature checks upon arrival. Must maintain 6ft social distancing at all times. Required to sign a contact tracing form including waiver of liability and acceptance of our policies. All equipment sanitized before and after, in addition to a 2-3 hour cleaning per day.
Mask Requirements: Must be worn at all times.
Capacity: Up to 4 people at the reformers.
Restrictions: Late comers will not be let in (even if 1 min late). Arrive 10 minutes early.
