Description: This is a ballet-style workout that is “no impact” + heavily focused on form. You will be asked to hold certain positions to perfection.
Sweat Level: 7/10 -You will definitely sweat. Not dripping though.
Tone Level: 9/10 – Tough as nails & will tone you like never before. Moves are very different + take a little time to learn, but they offer tons of hands-on assistance. You’ll be SORE the next day for sure.
Cult Level: 8/10 – Loyal following, many claim it’s the only class that truly changes their bodies. Women of ALL ages!
Sneakers/Props: Barefoot, yoga mat
Shower/Locker Situation: Cubbies, small refresh station with a few products.
Vibe: Game Of Thrones meets the Black Swan. NO OTHER WAY TO DESCRIBE.
Similar to: Like nothing we’ve ever tried. Most similar to a barre/ballet/pilates mix with hyper attention to form.
