Description: Megaformer class, aka pilates on crack! You’ll do various positions on the megaformer with extremely quick transitional cues. This class has tons of lower body moves (lunges and squats) at the beginning, mixed in with arms. Abs + obliques are generally worked out a lot at the end.

Sweat Level: 8/10 – You’ll definitely work up a sweat. The room is generally kept pretty warm, too.

Tone Level: 10/10 – Incredibly toning, however you have to make sure your form is perfect or you’ll end up sore in the wrong places. Beginners might have trouble finding this workout effective initially because of this.

Cult Level: 7/10 – Good mix of loyal unlimited members and Classpassers. All levels welcome!

Sneakers/Props: Grip Socks required.

Shower/Locker Situation: No showers, no lockers! Very limited amenities (like most megaformer studios). You can bring your belongings into the studio.

Vibe: Intense vibe. People take themselves and this workout very seriously.
