Description: Mix of boxing + yoga. Starts with a quick dynamic warm up (weights, body weight exercises) into 30 minutes on the bag (some solo, some with a partner). Class then transitions into a vinyasa flow on the mat, finishing with abs.
Sweat Level: 8/10 – Hair washing class alert!
Tone Level: 7/10 – Solid workout – very toning, especially if you go all out on the bag!
Cult Level: 2/10 – No cult vibes, a judgement-free zone.
Sneakers/Props: Class is barefoot. Wraps & gloves (can rent both).
Shower/Locker Situation: Two showers (unisex), refresh stations & blow dryers. No lockers, just cubbies.
Vibe: Mind-body-soul experience. The boxing is intense and encouraging, but is balanced out with mindful yoga. Instructors have a similar vibe to SoulCycle in the way that they teach/speak. No mirrors, dark room and it’s very much about you and the mat/bag here.
Extras: On ClassPass (low credit). Great for those who are intimidated by a full yoga or boxing class!
