Good Flow @ Good Day Pilates

Class + Studio: Good Flow @ Good Day Pilates

Location: NYC (SoHo)

Length: 50 mins.

Description: Non-stop Pilates flow on the reformer that targets the entire body (with a focus on glutes, arms + core). Props such as the Pilates ring and stability ball used throughout. Class ends with a juicy stretch. None of the moves are overly complicated, but form is perfected throughout … we love a hands-on adjust!

Sweat Level: 2/10 – Not sweaty.

Tone Level: 5/10 – You’ll feel this in all the right places, but it’s not overly strenuous! Good for all levels.

Cult Level: 3/10 – Non-culty, despite not being on ClassPass.

Sneakers/Props: Socks are required (grippies preferred, but can wear regular socks).

Shower/Locker Situation: Changing rooms and cubbies, no showers!

Vibe: Such cozy, zen vibes. The studio is very clean, has new equipment with many personal touches to make it homey. The actual classroom is facing Spring Street with lots of natural light, which makes the overall experience even better.

Similar to: ‘Reformer All Levels’ @ BK Pilates, ‘ABS ARMS ASS’ @ New York Pilates

Extras: Not on ClassPass. All classes are designed by a physical therapist, which we love! They also offer higher intensity classes, privates & semi-privates. First time deal: 3 classes for $60. Classes are kept small (max. 8 reformers).

Go Back? For sure, we loved it!
