Sweat Level: 7/10 – depending on how hard you push yourself, this class can be quite the sweat!
Tone Level: 9/10 – we were very sore the next day!
Cult Level: 6/10 – we didn’t get many cult vibes

Shower/Locker Situation: No showers & no lockers (only cubbies), very limited on the ‘getting ready’ front
Vibe: Friendly front desk and teachers, but lacks a “community” vibe
Extras: On CP, come early if it’s your first time
