Description: Megaformer workout – that will work your entire body. Abs + arms class is more focused, however, all classes start with heavy abs (one of the best core workouts!) Music is on point and lights are low.
Sweat level: 8/10 – Room is kept cold, but you’ll def work up a sweat! Shame they don’t have showers here!
Tone level: 10/10 – Straight up HARD work and pure toning. We don’t recommend over doing it (ie two days or more in a row)
Cult level: 7.5/10 – Lots of regulars, but lacks a lot of snobbiness and cultiness that is sometimes present in many megaformer studios. They’re so welcoming here.
Sneakers/props: Grip socks + water
Shower/locker situation: There are digi lockers, refresh stations in the 2 bathroom stalls, and one changing station – no showers and space is limited.
Vibe: Energetic and inspiring vibe, which we think is rare for most megaformer studios! There is no attitude here which we love.

Covid-19 Safety Measures (FOR OPEN STUDIOS):
General Safety Measures: Covid online form will be sent prior to workout, you will also have to fill out a written form. Temperatures taken on arrival. Must wash hands before entering studio room. Social distancing enforced (every other machine not avail). Wipes given before and after workout for machine used. No hands on adjustments.
Mask Requirements: Must wear at all times.
Capacity: 50% capacity (every other machine for Semi-Private Classes).
Restrictions: Lockers not in use. Must bring items to your machine.
