Class + Studio: Core @ Rowgatta
Location: NYC (Union Square)
Length: 50 mins.
Description: High-intensity, low-impact bootcamp class. The workout is broken up into four parts: 2 stations on the rower, 2 stations are on the bench. We used weights, weight balls and other pieces of equipment during the bench station.
Sweat Level: 7.5/10 – Definitely a hair washing class. The room is kept cool, but you will sweat quite a bit!
Tone Level: 8/10 – Mostly for your arms due to rowing! There is a ton of cardio in this class, although it’s low impact, it’s high intensity.
Cult Level: 2/10 – No cultiness here just yet!
Shower/Locker Situation: Fully stocked amenities: 4 showers, tons of lockers and products.
Vibe: Definitely a great vibe studio where everyone is welcome. The instructors don’t pressure you if you’re not into a move, yet they’re super encouraging!
