Location: California (Brentwood, Studio City, WeHo, Sycamore, Venice)

Description: An advanced version of their traditional Platefit class! Lots of pulsing & repetitive movements on the moving plate. A great combination of cardio and sculpting. You’ll use dumbbells, weights, and bands!

Sweat Level: 7/10 – We sweat more than the regular Platefit class, but not as much as a spin!

Tone Level: 8/10 – Very toning. This class targets every muscle group from head to toe. Workout was challenging, but not too difficult.

Cult Level: 5/10 – Platefit always has a great mixture of regulars and newbies, but the vibe is always friendly and welcoming. Instructors know everyone’s name, regardless if it’s your first class or your 20th!

Sneakers/Props: Grip socks & water (cannot take class without socks).

Shower/Locker Situation: At the Studio City location: one shower and a bathroom. Other locations do not have showers or amenities. However, they all have phone chargers in cubbies.

Vibe: Bright, clean and efficient! Everyone is kind!

Similar to: N/A. Super unique workout! However, Nova Fitness (in NYC) is similar in the fact that your body pulses through equipment that intensifies your workout.

Extras: On ClassPass. $49 for unlimited 2 weeks for first time clients.

Go Back? Yes for sure! It was an even better workout than their 27 min class.
