Class + Studio: TORCH’D with Isaac Boots

Length: 50 mins.
Description: A vigorous flow of body resistance, dance conditioning and intense targeted repetition that will fire up your body. You’ll use props such as light weights (3lbs), ankle weights, a towel (as a gilder) + a mat to burn out the glutes, abs and arms. Several short bursts of cardio throughout.
Sweat Level: 8/10 – Definitely requires a hair wash after! These moves are intense and the room is generally on the warmer side. Be prepared to sweat.
Tone Level: 10/10 – A straight 10 for the targeted areas. This is a serious burn and we guarantee you will be on the verge of screaming after a set of glute work.
Cult Level: 6/10 – Isaac has a very loyal following, but if you’re new you’ll still feel welcome!
Sneakers/Props: Sneakers.
Shower/Locker Situation: At Energi Soho there are showers + cubbies, at Project By Equinox there are just lockers.
Vibe: Incredibly upbeat and high energy class. His attitude is super contagious!
