Description: Toning & cardio mix, where you’ll switch off between the stair master and floor using the “Bunda Station” w/ props like bands, a bench + weights. You’ll do moves you never knew existed ( like side stepping) on the stairmaster.
Sweat Level: 6/10 – The built in fans on the stairmaster help with this!
Tone Level: 8/10 – Mostly butt + legs (as the class name states), however, absolutely works your core, too. Keep it engaged during all the exercises!
Cult Level: 2/10 – No cultiness felt here.
Sneakers/Props: Sneakers + water.
Shower/Locker Situation: No shower (yet). Cubbies in the room for your belongings & refresh station.
Vibe: ALL the vibes. If SATC had a studio, it would look something like this! We love the layout + how you have a designated floor station & stairmaster.
Similar to: Class layout is similar to Barry’s, but moves are different. It’s lower impact + uses a stairmaster instead of a treadmill.
