Class + Studio: All Classes @ Bunda

Description: Mix of cardio + strength training. You’ll switch off between floor work (at individ. stations w equipment, mat + bench) & the stair master (they’ll tell you speed + incline and moves to do). Floor work focus will be in the name of the class.
Sweat Level: 7/10 – You will work up a sweat. Take advantage of the built in fans on the stairmaster!
Tone Level: 8/10 – Very toning, with just right amount of cardio. Doable for all levels, though!
Cult Level: 4/10 – No cultiness. It’s a fairly new studio and they are welcoming to all.
Sneakers/Props: Sneakers + water.
Shower/Locker Situation: No showers (yet). There are refresh stations.
Vibe: Very vibey! Makes you want to work out. It’s pretty, bright and clean.
Extras: On ClassPass! If you’re new, come 10 mins early for an explanation. Pay attention to instructor!
