Description: Full-body workout featuring 3 stations: floor work/strength training, boxing (on the water bag) and running on a treadmill. Each station is done 2x: with the 1st round is longer (13 mins) followed by a lightning bolt round with a quick 2 min bursts at each station.
Sweat Level: 8/10 – Expect to sweat a ton!
Tone Level: 8/10 – A solid mix of cardio and toning. You will definitely feel sore the next day.
Cult Level: 5/10 – It’s brand new – so right now it’s almost all new clientele, but we can tell the cult vibes will be increasing here shortly.
Sneakers/Props: Wear supportive sneakers & bring wraps + gloves (or rent the gloves and purchase wraps on site).
Shower/Locker Situation: Tons of amenities: showers, changing rooms, tons of digi lockers and products.
Vibe: Very extra, very millennial vibes: the music, the lightshow, the decor and the fully stocked bar (with both mocktails AND cocktails) waiting for you after class.
Extras: Good intro offer right now! Not on ClassPass. During the strength + boxing portion: there are screens with clear visuals of all the moves, so it’s easy to follow along, especially for beginners!
