Class + Studio: Precision Run @ Precision Run Studio
Location: NYC (Flatiron), Boston, LA. They have this class at all Equinox gyms, too!
Length: 50 mins.
Description: Indoor treadmill class that optimizes all variables of treadmill running: speed, incline, duration & recovery. Class is broken into intervals where you’ll set your speed and incline systematically (these treadmills are next level & highly user friendly). 40ish minutes of running is followed by a track-like ab series & a quick stretch.
Sweat Level: 8/10 – The room is kept very cool (mid-60s), but we still worked up a sweat. Very genuine sweat here – love that!
Tone Level: 6/10 – Cardio intensive (however hard you want to push yourself – it’s on you!) but the short ab portion at the end is pretty effective.
Cult Level: 8/10 – It’s new, but we can tell the cult vibes are a-brewing. Definitely feels like a good majority of class is part of a running club.
Sneakers/Props: Supportive sneakers + lightweight clothes.
Shower/Locker Situation: Lockers and 3 showers (stocked with tons of high-quality products).
Vibe: Very edgy with modern, sleek vibes. The people here are very fit for the most part (which can be initially intimidating), but everyone is welcoming!
