Description: This workout takes a very unique approach to fitness – think: if pilates and physical therapy had a baby. You’ll use their unique equipment (P.Bands, P.Balls + the *new* P3) as well as gliders, ankle weights & light hand weights throughout this series of low impact moves. The workout is relatively low rep & anti-pulsing – it aims to sculpt, elongate and define lean muscles, while protecting your joints.
Sweat Level: 2/10 – We love that we don’t have to sweat to get a good workout here!
Tone Level: 6.5/10 – You may not feel the ‘burn’ your first few times in class because it really requires thoroughly learning the moves. However, we love how targeted this class is, and you’ll absolutely see results if you stick with it!
Cult Level: 5/10 – A solid mix, we never find these class-goers to be too culty, but the instructors live and breathe this method.
Shower/Locker Situation: Refresh stations (tons of product), digi locks, no showers.
Vibe: While the old Bowery studio was where things all began for P.Volve, their new studio has SUCH a better vibe. We were blown away by the entire aesthetic, the welcoming staff and all the extra perks like free umbrella, mints, coffee, etc.

Extras: On ClassPass – often a #10andUnder (can find it for just 7 credits). A very different approach to fitness than most places. They also have online streaming for those who want to use their method from anywhere!
