Class + Studio: Reformer Sweat EXP @ Bodyline Pilates

Description: Reformer pilates class that’s majorly focused on abdominal moves, but is a full body workout. You’ll alternate through many positions on the reformer and props like weights, a box and more.
Sweat Level: 3/10 – Your body will heat up, but this is not necessarily a hair washing class.
Tone Level: 9/10 – This is contingent on the instructor. We took class with Angeline and it was VERY toning.
Cult Level: 3/10 – Regular scene for sure, but didn’t feel culty. 6 people max per class (we LOVE a small class vibe).
Sneakers/Props: Barefoot. For max comfort: wear tight fitting, seamless clothing.
Shower/Locker Situation: No showers, no lockers. It’s a small room within an office building. There is a small refresh station with some wipes, sprays, etc.
Vibe: Very relaxed and no frills vibe (albeit clean). People come here for the workout, not the scene.
Extras: On CP for low cred (usually 8-9). They have both 1 hr and 45 min offerings. Although the moves are tough, there’s lots of instruction, which makes the class suitable for beginners.
