Description: Full body cardio + sculpting workout. You’ll switch off between floor work (weight training + body weight training) & treadmill HIIT workouts
Sweat Level: 9/10 – Lots of cardio, so you will absolutely sweat, even though we noticed that the room is kept quite cool
Tone Level: 7/10 – Toning portion is quite hard, but very doable because you can go at your own pace
Cult Level: 6/10 – Most people who come here are regulars. However, we’ve found this place to be one of the most friendly & inclusive. Big UES mom/dad crowd (but not snobby at all!)
Sneakers/Props: Sneakers + water (towels provided)
Shower/Locker Situation: No showers, but there are digi locks + refresh stations
Vibe: The instructors are very passionate, you can really feel a strong community vibe here. It’s like Barry’s, but people are less body obsessed as a whole

Extras: Not on CP. Free fruit + almonds – we love that!
Go Back? We used to go EVERY week, but it’s deep in the UES so it’s not so convenient, and on top of that we don’t run as much as we used to
