Length: 45 mins
Description: Full body workout. Starts with a HIIT bodyweight warmup (pushups, jumping jacks, etc.) followed by rounds on the bag with body weight/core exercises throughout. Set in a dark, high energy room with great music.
Sweat Level: 8/10 – You will definitely work up a sweat in here!
Tone Level: 7/10 – But this depends on how hard you push yourself on the bag. It’s more of a workout we go to for a fun sweat, rather than being fully results based.
Cult Level: 6/10: While there are definitely regulars, we didn’t feel much of a culty vibe.
Sneakers/Props: Wear sneakers, bring wraps (or buy for $4) + gloves can be rented for free. Also water is a must have!
Shower/Locker Situation: Showers, lockers products & refresh stations (but TBH, pretty cramped).
Vibe: Very millennial vibe. A toned down version of Rumble (beautiful aesthetic, but less sceney).
Extras: On CP (but we’ve found certain time slots to be double the credits). It can also be hard to see the instructor if you’re not in the front of the room, so if you need guidance, pick your spot wisely. Great place to go after a breakup!
Go Back? Not in our personal routine. We prefer Rumble, but would go back!
