Sweat Level: 7.5/10 – Plan to sweat and wash your hair.
Tone Level: 7/10 – Solid toning, even while being somewhat cardio-heavy.
Cult Level: 5/10 – Tons of regulars here, but some of the friendliest staff we’ve experienced.
Sneakers/Props: Must wear grip socks (no sneakers allowed!).
Shower/Locker Situation: Fully stocked amenities – showers, hairdryers, lockers (limited on some products though – no deodorant).
Vibe: Incredible vibes. Very cute, clean and spacious. We can tell it’s a bit of a scene here, very likely you’ll run into people you know!
Extras: On ClassPass (a solid #10andUnder – can often find this class for only 5 creds!) and has a great first timers deal: 2 week unlimited for $55.
Go Back? Yes, but prefer the ‘Ass + Ab’ and ‘Fat Burn’ at this studio (and getting our cardio from Spin or Dance Cardio – but it’s still a solid option!)
