Description: Stands for “Focused Interval Training” – this class mostly works the arms, glutes and abs. You’ll find very little thigh moves in this class (unlike a lot of their others)! It’s not necessarily harder or easier than their ‘Signature’ class, it just burns out different areas.
Description: A complete mind, body & soul experience & total release. This workout is cardio based & incorporates body weight movements (push-ups, jumping jacks, burpees, etc) throughout. Each move is done repetitively, followed by a pause & reflect, and then onto the next. You’re encouraged to let everything out – it gets quite vocal (and we honestly recommend going solo). You’ll go through an entire song doing a certain movement burpees, squats & so forth) and the energy of the exercise will change based on the music & instructor cues.
Description: Reformer workout with megaformer intensity. Fast paced moves using quick transitions. Usually begin by working on the core, followed by a series targeting one side of body (lunges, mermaid, etc.), then the other side, finishing with more core + a quick stretch.
Description: Classic pilates reformer class with low-impact cardio. Combines aerobic and toning exercises using a jump board – which, if you aren’t familiar, is a plank-like piece of equipment attached to the end of the reformer – and when you use your legs to push off of it it seriously works your core and glutes.
