Description: Bulk of each class is dance cardio, with a short toning intermission (they have CARDIO, PWR & FLX)

Sweat Level: 9/10

Tone Level: 5/10 – The toning is generally very quick quick but you’ll be surprised at how sore you are after!

Cult Level: 6/10 – Very friendly studio and class-goers.

Sneakers/Props: Sneakers, water,

Shower/Locker Situation: A+ for the showers & locker/change room situation. A good place to get ready before work.

Vibe: VERY vibey – like a club (live DJ in every class). It’s fun, upbeat + teachers are very energetic.

Similar to: DanceBody, AKT, Megan Roup’s The Sculpt Society

Extras: It’s more advanced than a lot of dance cardio, but depends on the instructor. Not on CP!
