Location: NYC (Chelsea), LA (WeHo, Brentwood)
Length: 60 minutes.
Description: Mix of dance-inspired cardio and sculpting, with an upper body focus. You’ll use props such as weights and bands to target the biceps, triceps, shoulders, back and core during this mat based workout.
Sweat Level: 8/10 – Hair washing most likely a necessity.
Tone Level: 8/10 – Very toning – especially for the upper body.
Cult Level: 8/10 – A very strong following here (mostly applies to NYC as you’ll see many Avenues moms coming from parent drop off). Less-culty than Tracy Anderson though.
Sneakers/Props: Supportive sneakers + water.
Shower/Locker Situation: Showers, lockers and products.
Vibe: A more low-key Tracy Anderson. Bright + light vibes, NYC studio more intense than LA.
