Description: Follow-along dance cardio to the beat of the music. The second half you learn a choreographed dance (nothing too extensive) and apply it to various songs.
Sweat Level: 7.5/10 – A pretty sweaty situation.
Tone Level: 2/10 – This class is vert cardio heavy (engage your core if you want to get more of a core workout!). The FORWARD_FIRE class is more toning and incorporates hand weights.
Cult Level: 4/10 – It’s very new, so it’s a bit early for us to judge. However, we have noticed that people get hooked on this spot.
Sneakers/Props: Sneakers and water.
Shower/Locker Situation: No showers. 2 changing rooms, 2 bathrooms and a refresh station (wipes dry shampoo, etc.) Lots of digi lockers.
Vibe: SO vibey- it’s feels like a club inside this studio. The vibes are truly what makes it – the music & lights are amazing.
Extras: There’s a great first time deal (BOGO). It’s not on classpass, but it’s a great place to go with friends.
