Description: This workout is composed of highly isolated, sequential mini-movements. It relies primarily on body weight with minimal equipment (i.e. resistance bands, slant board, hand / ankle weights) to strengthen your muscles & create long, lean lines. The movements are very slow and controlled. Finishes with a deep stretch, savasana and foam roll.
Sweat Level: 3/10 – Very low sweat factor!
Tone Level: 8.5/10 – 10 for the booty! Don’t be fooled by how low impact this class is, it hits every little muscle. Very isolated toning goes on here!
Cult Level: 7.5/10 – JG definitely has a serious following, but we didn’t feel out of place at all – lots of newcomers.
Sneakers/Props: Barefoot or grip socks.
Shower/Locker Situation: At the moment, there are only cubbies, but lockers and showers will be coming soon! Lots of products in the bathroom for a post-class refresh.
Vibe: Chic and low key vibe!
Extras: On ClassPass (#10AndUnder)! Justin’s class usually goes over by about 10-15 minutes, so plan accordingly! Appropriate for all levels. Many pregnant women take this class – and they’re great with modifications.
