Description: Mat Pilates in heated room (95 deg!) Mix of toning, cardio + core exercises done on a mat with props. We used a band, light weights and a pilates circle.
Description:Candlelit hot vinyasa yoga to bomb music. Starts off with a warm up flow, followed by 3 flows: each of which you’ll go through 3x with guidance, then the music is turned up (Hip Hop!) and you’ll flow on your own, at your pace. Ends with a short ab/cardio/sculpting series, then savasana.
Description: Mix of cardio + sculpting. Use props & lots of repetition on each move. Sculpting moves are dance inspired (def takes practice). Teachers do not speak throughout the class + do not assist you, have to follow along.
Description: Extreme, athletic-based group fitness. “Train like an athlete” is the motto here. There are drills + exercises done as a group, it’s competitive but also done as a team. T101 is the intro level, but still incredibly tough.

Description: His class is Soul on steroids, it’s more of a boot camp-style spin class + he is SUPER adamant on getting your legs strong and fast before doing any upper bod moves. His choreo is HARD + fast. He has signature moves.
