Class + Studio: Full Body Floor @ Page One Pilates

Description: A mat-based Pilates class aimed to sculpt the entire body, with emphasis on the core. You’ll use light hand weights & ankle weights, with cardio bursts & stretching segments throughout.
Sweat Level: 7/10 – Pleasantly surprised by this workout’s sweat level. The cardio bursts and weighted motions really heat you up, and we are HERE FOR IT. Potential for a hair wash.
Tone Level: 7/10 – Don’t be fooled by the light weights here! This class is high repetition & highly toning. Ab soreness level was high.
Cult Level: 1/10 – Super low cultiness. There were only 3 others in our class & everyone was very friendly.
Sneakers/Props: Sneakers. Towels provided (you will need!).
Shower/Locker Situation: Pretty basic – lockers & coat hooks. Small changing areas, one shower.
Vibe: Super cute, happy space. We love the vibe here! The staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming.
Extras: Not on ClassPass. Take class with Page or Brittany. Their reformer classes are also fire.
