Duration: 60 mins (but sometimes offer a 45 min express).
Description: Traditional barre, with low impact sculpting. Use of light weights, bands, mat + ball. Begins with warmup (cardio/push ups/triceps), then arms, thighs, short push up/tricep series, glutes, abs, then stretch.
Description: 12 rounds of bag work + body weight strength training (push ups, high knees, etc). You each get your own bag and there is a timer in each round.
Duration: 60 mins (45 min express options available)
Description: Dance cardio to beat of music. Hand/ankle weights used (optional) + moves are fitness inspired. Signature ends with sculpting on mat, whereas Sculpt class has less dance and more sculpting/mat work
Description: Mix of cardio + strength training. You’ll switch off between floor work (at individ. stations w equipment, mat + bench) & the stair master (they’ll tell you speed + incline and moves to do). Floor work focus will be in the name of the class.
